Serves: 1 Loaf

Baking time: 1 hour and 10 minutes

Ingredients
- 170g plain flour
- 170g wholemeal (wheaten) bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- Up to 200g mixed seeds (optional)

1/2 pint Kerry Kefir
Method
- Mix all the dry ingredients together, including the seeds if using.
- Add the buttermilk and mix to form a soft dough.
- Butter your baking dish well.
- Add the dough to the dish.
- Bake at 180°C for 1 hour 10 minutes.
