Using a blend of frozen fruits and Kerry Kefir, this smoothie is not only delicious but also packed with gut-friendly ingredients to keep you and your kids feeling great all day.

Ingredients
- 100mls (1/2 cup) Kerry Kefir
- 1 ripe banana or a peeled and sliced apple
- 120 grams (1 cup) frozen strawberries
- 200mls (1 cup) milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon honey to taste (you can substitute with maple syrup or agave nectar)
- Optional toppings: sliced fresh fruits, nuts, seeds (like chia or flax), granola, or coconut flakes
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately and enjoy a refreshing start to your day!
