Ingredients

  • 50ml Kerry Kefir
  • Juice 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger (or a pinch of ground)
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (or freshly grated turmeric)
  • Pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
  • 1/2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • Optional: a dash of cinnamon or cayenne for extra kick
