- 50ml Kerry Kefir
- Juice 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger (or a pinch of ground)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (or freshly grated turmeric)
- Pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
- 1/2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- Optional: a dash of cinnamon or cayenne for extra kick

- Kefir adds gut-friendly bacteria and yeast, and a creamy texture that balances the sharpness of lemon and ginger.
- Lemon stimulates digestion and supports liver function.
