Kefir Pancakes

Serves: 6-8 pancakes

Prep time: 10 -15 mins

Ingredients

  • 120 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 240 grams kefir
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Don’t forget your favourite pancake toppings. We love fresh berries with Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.

Method

STEP 1

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

STEP 2

In another bowl, mix kefir, egg, and melted butter.

STEP 3

Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

STEP 4

Cook pancakes on a frying pan or skillet.
